Capelli Group, a European real estate developer listed on Euronext Paris, announces the appointment of Grégory Gaume as Associate Managing Director Center Est. Previously he was Regional Director Rhône-Alpes in Lyon for the real estate group Ogic.
In his new position, Grégory Gaume will be responsible for developing the Capelli Group’s activities in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (excluding Savoie and Haute-Savoie) and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in order to position the company among the main players in the Reality to solidify real estate development.
To support its growth and involve its operational directors, the group is launching a new model in France. All regional subsidiaries thus become entities to which the regional directors of each agency are assigned. This new approach guarantees a strong alignment between the group and its teams to meet management’s ambitions.
As part of this new organization, the Capelli Group welcomes Grégory Gaume as Deputy General Manager for the Center East region. In this position, he will be responsible for managing the Lyon office and, more broadly, for the development of the group’s activities in AURA (excluding Savoie and Haute-Savoie) and in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, but will also ensure that the goals set are achieved by management. He will also assume the role of Ambassador of the Capelli Group, tasked with continuing to build a dense and effective network and maintaining relationships with all external stakeholders (elected officials, institutions, etc.). His experience in real estate, his remarkable knowledge of the regional fabric and his vision of the living space of tomorrow will be used in the cities of Grenoble, Clermont-Ferrand and Dijon, at a time when the group has particularly ambitious ambitions.
Graduated with a DUT in Civil Engineering, Grégory Gaume has 26 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, particularly in Rhône-Alpes, where he has spent almost his entire professional career. After starting his career as a site manager in Avignon (1996-1998), Grégory Gaume moved to the Lyon developer Diagonale as technical manager (1998-2003) before moving to the Promogim real estate group, where he worked successively as regional technical manager in Annecy (2003). was -2008) and Branch Manager in Lyon (2008-2016). In 2016, while still in the Gaul capital, he became Regional Director Rhône-Alpes within the real estate development group Ogic, a position he held for almost 7 years.
An innovative vision at the service of better living and energy saving
However, Grégory Gaume has more than a professional career, but a resolutely innovative vision of the city of tomorrow. His real estate concept can be summed up in three words: agility, accessibility and ecological responsibility. It thus carries the idea of a scalable and modular living space, flexible and agile, which adapts to social changes and life situations. Regarding the refurbishment and transformation of existing buildings – areas in which the Capelli Group is at the forefront, for example with the conversion of an office building into a residential building in Villeurbanne in 2016 – Grégory Gaume is particularly careful to ensure energy efficiency and respect prior to reconciling heritage and architectural quality, a concern that, though ancient, was cemented throughout his experience at Ogic. Grégory Gaume has also worked on several major projects that have won national awards, such as the Ydéal Confluence program in Lyon, which was awarded twice at the Pyramides d’Argent 2019 (“Grand prix régional” and “Bâtiment bas Carbon” ).
Gregor Gaume says:
“The Capelli Group is characterized by its ability not only to anticipate market developments and expectations, but also to design and implement innovative projects in line with the major societal challenges of today’s world. It is a real pride to be part of such a player, in whose service I would like to expand my in-depth knowledge of the Rhône-Alpes real estate market, my managerial skills and my entrepreneurial spirit. »
