College elections of the scholars within the central councils

Who do we choose?

You elect the student representatives Executive Board (6 elected students) and the Academic Council, which is divided into two commissions, the Education and Student Life Commission (16 elected students) and the Research Commission (4 elected students). The student representatives are elected for two years in a secret ballot and direct ballot.

Who can vote?

Students regularly enrolled at the URN, users of continuing education (if they are regularly enrolled with a view to preparing for a diploma or a competition) and guest auditors enrolled in this capacity who are taking the same courses as the students can elect the Board and the Commission for Education and Students life.
Only students enrolled in a 3rd cycle program can vote for the Research Commission.

Who can apply?

Every voter who is duly entered in the electoral rolls is eligible for election. Each list of candidates must alternate between one candidate of each sex, unless there is only one seat to be filled.
Applications must be submitted no later than Tuesday, November 15, 4 p.m. in the Legal and Statutes Department (Building 26A, 1st Floor, Door 130).

How to vote?

Polling stations will be open on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. non-stop.
Each voter must:

  • Go through the voting booth
  • Present your Leocard (Original) or an official ID only if the student is on the attendance list
  • Place your envelope in the ballot box
  • Enter your signature in the attendance list

Proxy voting is permitted.
