How do you complete your student record?

This can be done online at www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr. Two documents are required: the parents’ tax assessment and the INE student number. After receipt of the application, the scholarship holder will receive a file number with which he can follow the progress of the procedure.
The Crous usually responds within 30 days. The notification of the Grant Agreement, which is sent prior to the confirmation of your enrollment at an Institution, does not constitute a promise to pay. The latter requires effective registration at the Institution. The notification must be presented to the school’s education department upon enrollment, specifically to allow for an exemption from paying the enrollment fee and the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC). Between June and October, your prospective university will confirm your enrollment with the Crous.
